  Pray with your church or group for guidance where to place the books.
  
  
• Contact the library
  Approach the library of your choice, show them the book catalogue or website. Discuss which pack would suit them best. Reach an agreement with you and the library to provide the books. If a standard pack is not suitablewe are happy to provide a selection of books and still only charge you 50% of the retail price.
  
  
• Order your book set from Speaking Volumes
  Use the order form to assist us with administration (click to view order form). Alternatively call or email info@speakingvolumes.org.uk. No money is required at this stage.
  
  
• Receive delivery of your books
  We will normally deliver your book set by courier within 6 to 8 weeks of order. Books are prepared by inserting completed book plates and putting on protective book covers. This can take some time to do!
  
  
• Present the books
  Arrange a suitable time to make a presentation. Invite anyone you consider to be important in this scheme. Invite the press for a photo and give them a copy of your press release (a sample press release will be included in your delivery).
  
  
• Feedback to speaking volumes
  We will request the library acknowledges placement of the books.
  We would like to hear how the placement went and how you view the success of the project.
  We would appreciate copies of articles printed in the local press.
  
  
• Promote the presence of new Christian library books
  Promote the presence of the books in the library (bookmarks are provided to help you do this). Encourage your local church and Christians to borrow the books. This is surprising improtant as un-borrowed books get removed from library shelves sooner.
