Book Nomination Criteria:
Judging for the shortlist was based on book suitability or likely popularity in a public library. This required the books to be attractive, readable and on a subject that will capture the interest of the wider public and encourage them to look further onto the Christian faith.
Any genre of book could be nominated whether novel, biography, Christian living, reference etc and could be suitable for children or adults. Nominated books must all be published in the UK in 2007 or after.
